CODE OF CONDUCT

  1. It is our mission to run the council in such a way that we are spreading awareness on sex education, socio economic ecosystems, and policy frameworks and growing together in a positive manner, avoiding any elements of religion, dogma, politics or negativity in our actions.
  2. On matters of geopolitical significance councils, do not intervene nor make any statements, diplomatic and government channels make decisions.
  3. Our policy is one post per person. Please ensure that you or any members of your council are not members of any other CSESC councils.
  4. Please use the titles exactly as provided by CSESC.
  5. CSESC city councils will not endorse or raise funds for another organisation.
  6. The CSESC platform should not contact anyone for donations. However, you can look for sponsors.
  7. The CSESC logo should ALWAYS carry the name of the specific council area and it’s category.
  8. CSESC logo in any communications must be placed prominently. Logos of external parties, if any, should be placed separately in smaller size or in the footer section.
  9. The use of personal logos of council members is discouraged unless their company sponsors or contributes to an event by way of knowledge associates.
  10.  Username/Password of council pages on social media or any websites set up will be provided by the head office. In any case, you need to set any pages, the details should be shared with CSESC chief of operations and also seamlessly transferred to incoming Council Presidents.
  11.  Uphold mutual respect and graceful cooperation in all council workings and meetings. 
  12.  We have zero tolerance for defamatory or disputable communication within the council. Our council members are required to resolve any interpersonal differences internally and amicably.
  13.  In case of violation of code of conduct, council members may be removed/replaced, and/or are at liberty to resign from the nominated roles.
